Wigen offers a complete line of
water softeners and polishers. From small commercial units to
large industrial configurations, we have a system to match any
need. Our single, twin and triple catalog systems range from
30,000 grains to 3,000,000 grains, with flows to 600 gpm per
vessel. Larger units and/or custom designs are our specialty.
As with our line of filters, we offer virtually all of our softeners
with an optional skid-mounting package (pre-piped and pre-wired),
which makes installation quick and easy. Moreover, for those
users of large quantities of salt, we offer turnkey bulk brine
systems, which eliminates the need for handling, while significantly
reducing salt costs.

SVI/SVN Series
Epoxy lined steel pressure vessels, nested diaphragm valves,
programmable electronic controls, high quality resin,
rotor style flow meters, corrosion resistant brine eductor,
high quality distribution systems, pressure gauges & sample
ports and polyethylene brine tank. Single, twin and triple
configurations, with capacities ranging from 150,000 grains
to 3,000,000 grains per vessel. Standard valve and piping
manifold sizes range from 1¼" to 6", with flows up to 600
gpm. Multiple unit configurations include our unique progressive
flow feature, which places unit's on-line based on flow
demand.

DFM Series
Fiberglass pressure vessels, brass top mounted control valve,
high quality resin, in-line flow meter, on-board brine
injector, high quality distribution systems and polyethylene
brine tank. Alternating twin configuration, with capacities
ranging from 30,000 grains to 300,000 grains per vessel.
Valve and piping manifold sizes range from ¾" to 1½", with
flows up to 70 gpm.

CF Series
Fiberglass pressure vessels, brass top mounted control valves,
high quality resin, in-line and remote flow meters, on-board
brine injector, high quality distribution systems and polyethylene
brine tank. Single timeclock or metered, parallel or alternating
twin configurations, with capacities ranging from 60,000
grains to 600,000 grains per vessel. Valve and piping manifold
sizes range from 1" to 3", with flows up to 220 gpm.

Standard Bulk Brine Systems
BB Series -- Reinforced fiberglass tank, internal distribution
systems, stainless steel salt loading piping, dry salt and
liquid level controls, brine transfer pumps, measuring tank,
internal and external ladder and corrosion resistant zinc
and stainless steel hardware. Standard dry salt storage
capacities range from 50,000 to 130,000 pounds.
